Solution

We extracted and engineered new features based on their dataset, created bespoke models, and developed an algorithm to streamline process management.

The predictive models allowed our client to automate the assignment of prospects to sales leads, reduce human error, and assist their team with decision making. Preliminary analysis suggests the model would increase sales by 12%.
